Antec SmartPower 400 Broke Again

I tried to turn on the linux box the other day only to find it powers on for 1 second then it goes off.

I did a bit of investigating and found the root cause to be the power supply again! Looking back at the email, this happened more or less the same time as last year except this time there is no weird noise coming from it. Hopefully Antec will take it back AGAIN.
