Last Day
The year of exams. Terrible feeling with ALL the pressure. It was also the year with the famous Dinner & Dance at the Cavendish Hotel. 
The last day was just a an informal day. Starting the day at 12 o’ clock and ending near 1. First business of the day was a meeting in the tiny Library. It was a “Casual-formal” occasion. Then we was escorted down to the hall where teachers gave their speech and presentations. Sadly to say Mrs. A. Wardle was not with us as she was in the hospital for surgery. Straight afterwards with the tears leaking out was the whole year photo (below). After that was the Dinner & Dance.
The food that was picked out by the deputy and head prefects for the event was terrible!! As I do not eat chicken, I had no choice but to choose the vegetarian meal. It was jus a vegetarian pie with potatoes, beans in a pod and carrots. The starters and desert was good. Starting with ice cream I think it was and ending with a delicious tart.
