New Website Theme Changes

If you have not noticed I have rolled out the new theme. The changes include:

• Removed flash banner navigation for a php/css version
• New “splash” image located between ad and the navigation bar
• Random rotation of splash image. Currently there are 5 images to see.

More splash images will be created over time and as they do I will post it here.
